As a Certified Personal Trainer, she provides virtual workouts with thoughtfully customized programs designed to support strength, mobility, and long-term wellbeing — without extremes or burnout. Drawing on her background in nutrition, she also offers practical food guidance in the form of meal plans with grocery lists to complement your training and make healthy habits feel natural and sustainable. Her work reflects the Wild Lily philosophy: gentle, intuitive, and rooted in real life.
